Fioralba Caku Shkodra
Since 2011, Ms. Fioralba Shkodra works with the United Nations Albania in the position of Team Leader/UN Coordinator Specialist at the office of Resident Coordinator. Previously, Ms. Shkodra worked in several managerial positions such as Advisor to the Minister of European Integration (2009-2011) and National Project Manager with UNDP Albania (2005-2006). During 1999-2006, she has been working as a consultant at the Albanian National Training and Technical Assistance Resource Center (ANTTARC), providing training and technical assistance to the public sector at central and local level and CSOs in Albania and the region in management, policy and project cycle management, organizational development, leadership, strategic planning, communication and team building, conflict resolution, community development, human resources management, etc. Fioralba’s academic experience includes lecturing at the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana (2005-2011) on International Business and Marketing.
Fioralba holds a PhD degree in Economics (2011) from the University of Tirana and an MBA (2002-2004) from the joint programme of University of Nebraska, USA and University of Tirana. She has participated in many training programmes on management and leadership. She has completed the Government Executive Education Course on Leading, Innovating & Negotiating, organized by Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School (2010) and Leadership Programme organized by Freedom House, Washington DC, USA (2001).
